What it adds

HumanResourcesFlow 365 Recruitment extends the standard Dynamics 365 HR recruitment with requisitions tied to approved positions and budgets, approval before a vacancy is advertised, screening and shortlisting rules, interview scorecards, and offer, reference and pre-employment check tracking.

Requisitions against positions and budget A manpower requisition is raised against an approved position and its budget.
Approval before advertising The requisition is approved by workflow, and only then is the vacancy advertised on the careers page.
Screening and shortlisting rules Applications arrive from the careers site. Screening questions and shortlisting rules rank the candidates.
Interview scorecards Interview panels score each candidate on a scorecard and submit feedback.
Offers, references and checks The offer is approved and sent. References and pre-employment checks are tracked, and pre-boarding tasks start.
Candidate to employee The candidate becomes an employee with a contract, and onboarding starts in the same system.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

01

Discover

Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.

02

Design

Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.

03

Deploy

Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.

04

Support

Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.

What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works, run the three-minute readiness score, or book a consultation.
