PayrollFlow 365 supports Australian payroll on Business Central and Finance & Operations, alongside the other countries in your group. The statutory items covered are PAYG withholding, Superannuation guarantee, Single Touch Payroll reporting, Leave and leave loading and State payroll tax.

How an implementation runs

Payroll is a ledger design problem as much as a calculation problem, so it follows the same phases as the rest of the programme.

Discover: pay rules, entities, calendars, current payroll and integrations
Design: parameters, dimensions, liability accounts and the posting model
Build and parallel run: payroll calculated in both systems and reconciled
Go-live and the first statutory returns
Support: statutory updates and release-wave testing

What moves the cost

Number of countries, employees and pay frequencies; complexity of allowances and benefits; integrations with time and attendance and with banks; and how much history to migrate.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

01

Discover

Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.

02

Design

Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.

03

Deploy

Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.

04

Support

Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.

What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works or run the three-minute readiness score.

Frequently asked questions

What is PayrollFlow 365?

A global, parameter-driven payroll for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations, posting each pay run to the ledger by dimension.

Which countries does it support?

It carries published statutory content for Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa, supports Australian and US payroll, and runs other countries as parameters set with you and your adviser.

Does it replace our HR system?

No. It runs payroll and posts to the ledger. HR master data can come from Dynamics 365 Human Resources or your existing HR system.

Can it run alongside another payroll product?

Yes. Some groups keep a local payroll in one country and run PayrollFlow 365 elsewhere, with every pay run posting to the same ledger.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on countries, employees and integrations. A discovery workshop gives you a scoped plan and a timeline.

Statutory rates, bands and filing rules are set by each country's authorities and change; we confirm the current position with you and your advisers before configuration. General information, not tax, legal or accounting advice.
